H/Advisors APA has worked with Raytheon on discrete projects across a 20 year period.  Our work has included:

•A 360 degree stakeholder perception audit across the defence forces, political arms of government, SMEs and workforce.  This laid the foundations for the public affairs strategy and other partnering and workforce initiatives. 

H/Advisors developed the methodology and target list for the audit as well as the discussion framework, undertook 40x40 minute interviews and provided a comprehensive report including recommendations.

•Boosting staff engagement levels through a series of workshops and discussions with staff around strategic planning.

•Development and consultation around key staff policies including Reconciliation Action Plan and the policy for Inclusion, Equity and Diversity.
